I will be buying new tires (35x12.50x15) in the next month and would like a better idea of what tires are worth purchasing. The TJ is still my DD so a radial tire seems like the best choice. For the last two years I have run 33x12.50 baja claw radials and have been pretty happy with them except for their performance in the snow/ice and the really bad low speed vibration.

What is a good tire that offers decent on-road manners, but also performs well in the snow, mud, sand, and rock? thanks for the help.

There is a thread about this in the pub also. I personally really like Swamper TrXus for a do all tire that is good on the road.

That was my post also; I wanted to get a broad spectrum of responses. How well does the TrXus wear and is it a difficult tire to balance?

If I were in the matket for new tires I would buy Super Swamper IROK's but the smallest on the market right now are 36x13.50 15's They are suppose to be good on Rocks, snow, mud and pavement......

I have been running SX's for years, but I think I will try the Irok's next!

For what it's worth, I also used to run a lot of BFG mud terrains and had good luck with them.
