Perfectly normal....it's due to the shape of your headlights :haha:

Seems to be pretty normal for you. Remind me yet again why I won't bolt anything WARN on my rig? I think you should ditch the 30 and go portals. Lets make ourselves out to be just like pirate4x4, where its Portals, 60s, 14bolts, or nothing.

I'm not quite sure how that even happens....did your tire come loose and fall off? What the hell?

Tim, I think its because for the conversion, they have to mill the rotor "hat" thinner to make it fit. If they rely on hand machinists, they might have just milled it too thin. A hundreth too much off could have done that.

OK here it is i looked this up

apperently hte guy i got this from DIDNT USE A CAST ROTOR
a cast rotor is prolly 4 times thicker than the one used here, it clearly states in the conversion instructions that you need to use a FULL CAST ROTOR

ive got no problem buying warn parts, and when i build a new front it will have warn lockouts on it ill just make sure I use the right parts
