Dan where you from? What year Ford? There are a lot of different brands of Headers for F150/Bronco 302's. I have heard that the Bassani headers and exhaust are the best you can get for the efi 302's. I dont believe they are the cheapest tho', but nothing good is. Its not hard to put them on, but you would need an exhuast shop to tie the headers into the existing exhaust. Unless you have a large tube bender, or bought a bunch of pre bent tubes of different degree bends.....then did a lot of chopping, and welding.

I have heard one 302efi Bronco with Bassani headers, 2.5" exhaust and Bassani mufflers. It was an awesome sound, better than flowmaster in my opinion, and add some decent power to the motor.

The forums on www.fullsizebronco.com (http://www.fullsizebronco.com) would be a good place to search and ask some questions. Many F150 owners hang out there.
This is a good ford forum also http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/index.php
Last but not least check this out www.pavementsucks.com (http://www.pavementsucks.com) they have ford forums also.

Good luck
