Change in registration

Just an FYI.....

After banning just over two dozen new user accounts today (all spammers), I have changed the registration process so that you must verify your email address and all new users will be moderated (meaning their information will be looked at before the account is activated).

Seems spammers have been out in groups as of late on a lot of sites..
