How do I shrink a picture I want to use for an avatar?

Do Start > Run

Type MSPaint in the Open Box

Go to File > Open then you need to find the picture you want to shrink.

Go to Image > Stretch/Skew

Change the Horizonal and Vertical

Save the file to a different name so you don't overwrite your original

Repeat as necessary
